Industrial Nuts Manufacturing Process:

1. Raw Material Preparation and Wire Drawing

Raw materials are carefully selected according to product requirements, including stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum and copper alloys. Wire drawing is performed to achieve the required diameter, surface condition and material consistency, preparing the material for further forming processes.

2. Cold Heading Process

Cold heading is one of our main manufacturing processes for producing standard nuts in high volume. This process forms the basic shape of nuts with high production efficiency and consistent dimensions while maintaining excellent material strength.

3. Hot Forging (Hot Heading)

For larger sizes or special nut designs, hot forging is used to improve formability and achieve the required shape. This process is suitable for heavy-duty nuts requiring higher strength and durability.

4. Tapping and Thread Processing

Precision tapping is performed to create accurate internal threads. We control thread dimensions and accuracy through professional equipment and thread inspection methods to ensure proper fitting with bolts.

5. CNC Turning and Machining

For special nuts, non-standard nuts and precision components, CNC turning and machining processes are used to achieve complex designs, special dimensions and tight tolerances according to customer drawings.

6. Heat Treatment

Heat treatment is applied when required to improve mechanical properties such as hardness, strength and durability. This process ensures that nuts can meet different load and performance requirements.
