Threaded Rod
Threaded rods are fully threaded fasteners designed to provide continuous threaded engagement along the entire length of the rod. Unlike conventional bolts with a defined head, threaded rods can be cut, joined, or used with nuts and other components to accommodate different connection lengths and installation requirements. They are widely used where flexible positioning, adjustable fastening, or extended thread engagement is required.
We manufacture threaded rods in carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel, with a range of diameters, lengths, thread configurations, and surface finishes available for different applications. Depending on the required service conditions, threaded rods can be supplied in various material grades and strength classes to provide the required mechanical performance, dimensional accuracy, and corrosion resistance. Our threaded rods are suitable for construction, structural connections, machinery, equipment installation, pipe support systems, and general industrial assembly. Standard products as well as customized sizes, lengths, materials, and finishes can be supplied according to project requirements and technical specifications.

Dimension Standard:
Selecting the appropriate dimensional standard helps ensure proper thread engagement, interchangeability, and reliable assembly. We supply threaded rods and stud-type fasteners in both metric and inch thread systems, with dimensional requirements matched to the applicable standard and application. In addition to standard sizes, we can provide specified lengths, diameters, and thread configurations for projects requiring a particular drawing, assembly design, or installation condition.
DIN975 Thraeded Rod
DIN 975 covers metric threaded rods with continuous threads along their full length. These rods are commonly supplied in standard lengths and can be cut to the required length for installation or assembly.
ASME B18.31.3 Threaded Rod
ASME B18.31.3 covers the general and dimensional requirements for inch-series threaded rods. It includes commonly used UNC, UNF, 8 UN, and Acme thread configurations in a range of inch sizes.
DIN976-1 Threaded Rod
DIN 976-1 specifies metric-thread stud bolts and provides dimensional requirements for stud bolt configurations. Depending on the design, these products can be used for threaded connections with nuts or installed into tapped holes.
Mechanical Proeprty:
ISO 898-1
ISO 898-1 specifies mechanical and physical properties for carbon steel and alloy steel bolts, screws, and studs. Common strength classes include 4.8, 5.8, 8.8, 10.9, and 12.9, with different requirements for tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, and hardness. Threaded rods manufactured to applicable ISO 898-1 property classes can be selected according to the required strength level and service conditions.
SAE J429
SAE J429 defines mechanical and material requirements for inch-series carbon and alloy steel fasteners used in automotive, machinery, and general industrial applications. Its grades include commonly used Grade 2, Grade 5, and Grade 8, which provide different levels of tensile strength and hardness. Threaded rods can be supplied to the applicable SAE J429 grade when inch-series fasteners are required.
ASTM A193
ASTM A193 covers alloy steel and stainless steel bolting materials intended for high-temperature or high-pressure service, particularly in pressure vessels, valves, flanges, and piping systems. Grades such as B7, B16, B8, and B8M are commonly selected according to material and service requirements. Threaded rods and studs manufactured to applicable ASTM A193 grades can provide the required combination of strength, temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance.
ISO 3506-1
ISO 3506-1 specifies mechanical and physical properties for corrosion-resistant stainless steel fasteners. Austenitic stainless steel grades such as A2 and A4 are widely used, with property classes including 50, 70, and 80. These stainless steel threaded rods are suitable for applications where corrosion resistance, material durability, and adequate mechanical strength are required.
