ISO4014 Hex Bolt
ISO 4014 hex head bolts are metric partial-threaded hex head bolts. The shank part consists of a plain section and a threaded section. The threads usually adopt metric coarse thread. Compared with ISO 4017 full-threaded hex head bolts, ISO 4014 retains a longer plain section, thus being suitable for connection structures where the plain section needs to pass through the connected component and generate clamping force through the threads and the nut. ISO 4014 mainly stipulates the requirements for the head size, shank size, threads and length of the product. The product can be selected as carbon steel, alloy steel or stainless steel for different applications. ISO 4014 corresponds to the traditional DIN 931 in product form, but some specifications such as M10, M12, M14 and M22 hex head sizes are not completely consistent. Therefore, during production, the standards and specific specifications specified by the customer should be followed.

ISO 898-1 — Carbon and Alloy Steel
The mechanical properties of ISO 4014 hexhead bolts made of carbon steel and alloy steel can be referred to ISO 898-1. Depending on the material and strength requirements, we can provide performance grades such as 4.8, 5.8, 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9. Among them, 8.8 and 10.9 are commonly used for mechanical and structural connections that bear high preload and working loads.
ISO 3506-1 — Stainless Steel
The stainless steel ISO 4014 hex head bolts can be provided with different performance grades in accordance with ISO 3506-1, including A2-70, A2-80, A4-70 and A4-80. The A2 iso4014 bolts usually uses 304 or 304L austenitic stainless steel, while the A4 iso4014 bolts uses 316 or 316L stainless steel. The numbers 70 and 80 represent different strength levels. We produce according to the mechanical performance requirements specified by the customer, such as the tensile strength, specified plastic elongation strength, and elongation rate, to meet the usage needs of different mechanical connections and corrosive environments.
